About Bo

Bo is an Associate Professor in the Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School at Tsinghua University. He specializes in the atmospheric carbon cycle, atmospheric chemistry modeling, and air pollution and climate change mitigation policies. Bo has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles (list), his h index is 68, and has over 28000 times citations (Google Scholar).
 
Bo is a topical editor of the journals Earth System Science Data and Geoscientific Model Development, an associated editor of the journal Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres, serves as the Early-Career Editorial Board member of Environmental Science & Ecotechnology, and one of the Editorial Group Members of Earth Sciences in National Science Review.
 
Bo studied at the School of Environment in Tsinghua University between 2007 and 2016. He gained a Bachelor’s degree in 2011 and obtained a PhD in 2016, and since then worked as a postdoctoral researcher with Philippe Ciais and Frederic Chevallier in France from 2016 to 2020.
